BioBorgo is also suitable for Cultural and Sports Events due to the neighboring to Castello Manservisi, to Porretta Health SPA, to the Corno alle Scale ski area, to the Suviana Lake and to the recent Tourist Steam Train Station in Porretta.

BioBorgo is already provided with the administrative authorizations required with specific residential tourist and commercial use for the immediate building, on the property areas, of 48 detached or semidetached houses with back-gardens and 2 buildings for appurtenant services of over 2,000 square meters; it’s considered unique, at least in this regional area, due to its dimensions and its advanced technical features

If you wish to increase the amount of buildings, additional 6,300 buildable sq. m are available.
